The villa is located in a complex of townhouses, apartments and detached villas built in a U shape around a large communal swimming pool with extensive landscaped gardens. Despite being in a quiet part of Calis, the busy resort is only a 20-minute walk or 10-minute bus ride along the promenade. The port town of Fethiye can be easily reached by water taxi from the resort and you can reach the world-famous Oludeniz beach in just 20 minutes by car.

Located on the front of Calis Beach, the luxury villa offers sea views, a private garden with a jacuzzi and a sandy beach right in front of it. Although the villa is part of a small seaside estate and takes advantage of all its amenities, it stands on its own in the front row of the estate, making it feel completely independent from the estate.

The villa is located just a few minutes' walk from the lively Calis Center where you can find shops, markets, restaurants and bars. You can go to Fethiye town center by taking the Dolmus (local transportation vehicles), which passes in front of the complex every 5 minutes.
